I watched the "Nutrition in Injury Prevention and Performance" on the NATA website back in July. It just opened my eyes to how important nutrition is! I only had to take 1 nutrition class in college so this class was very informative to me, specifically when it comes to body composition and how that effects performance.

She was so impressive I referred one of my football players to her.
